Diana Santoyo
Diana has always had a passion for all living creatures and even at a young age knew her career one day would involve caring for animals. Growing up she did volunteer with rescue groups and always had a home filled with animals from dogs to bunnies and reptiles. After high school she enjoyed spending all her free time volunteering at the Stanislaus Wildlife Care Center where she gained hands on experience working with injured and orphaned wildlife; this work inspired her to pursue a formal path in veterinary medicine. Diana went to Modesto Junior College and completed their veterinary technician program. Having worked in fast paced companion animal practices since 2015, she has experience working both as a veterinary and administrative assistant.
Diana and her husband have a full house with 3 dogs, 4 cats, and a Russian tortoise. She continues to foster animals in need when she can. In her free time, she enjoys hiking with her husband, reading, caring for her neighborhood’s feral cats and trying her hand at new crafts. Diana is excited to join a mobile team that values the personal connection that comes from visiting patients in their own homes and looks forward to connecting with clients and their pets in a more meaningful way.
